Return & Refund Policy

We take a lot of care to check each and every piece before packing and shipping them to you, so that you don't have to worry about anything and therefore we do not offer returns/exchange. But we understand that there may be chances where product can be damaged during the transit.

Any issues related to defect/damages must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the items, else they shall not be entertained. Unedited opening video of the product should be shared via email at varenya.co@gmail.com. Our support team will help you to solve your concern and the products can be returned/exchanged depending on the product availability and customer requirement.

Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
